hi jumpstart i should have been clearer.
i was not calling for a 'please explain' i was just observing that this is how the system works.
eg. a director makes a trade or an SP spikes up or down etc. and the ASX can request a 'please explain' prior to instigating further action.
please note my above posts are soley in discussion of the mechanics and regulations of the exchange-- nothing to do with the recent activity of mr BJ but FWIW IMO he has done no wrong in this instance and if we thought he was trading on advantageous inside info we would all be buying like crazy over the past rew days
