Of course those were the bubble days, peak of the boom stuff so prices were inflated and lots of managers looked good. The good managers are really seen in the tough times. I think we've got that in Bill Bloking. He's got a sensible strategy and making sensible decisions. Money is being husbanded carefully and decisions are not being made hastily.
