Servcorp is now capped at over .5$B clearly on the list for many more index funds and overseas investors due to its world reach.
Alf had big kahunas taking on the USA market in the midst of the GFC and that is now paying off. What Alf needs to do is free up the stock so it becomes more liquid, this would probably add another dollar in value but to do that he has to cede control.
An institutional bookbuild for 30% of his ~50% holdings would be strongly supported I think. Someone would have to put him in a headlock to get this done!
