Well management certainly is developing an interest. I notice that this new buying takes them from 19.86% to 21.11% of the issued shares.

Isn't 19.9% the trigger point after which you either have to make a takeover offer or declare that you intend to creep your holdings at no more than 3% each 6 months?

I don't see either of an offer or a statement of creep. Don't Americans have to abide by our rules?
