as per the resolutions passed in the September genteel meeting they were issued in the following proportions:
300k to John Park
2m to Andrew Spinks
1.5m to Robert Hodby
It would be in these guys interest for the share price to be at the lowest VWAP possible as the issue price is based on the last 5 days VWAP. If they believed the shares were going to fall further they wouldn't have issued them yet and waited.
