Just on the topic of change in directors interest, I have 2 opinions of these notices. They can begood indicators or bad indicators.

I directors are buying with lots of money, like in IGO recently where one director bought $400k, another $80k, then the first one another $200k, that givesme a lot of confidence in the company, as the directors are dealing out real money and lots of it.

On the other hand you sometimes get a whole series of directors buying, a couple of thousand here and there (usually only a small amount compared to their fees and salaries). I take such 'support' as a very bad sign.

This directors notice, has the director spending $4,200 on shares. Others apart from WM none.

To me that's a red flag.
