Out of the $700,000 raised in the recent non-renounceable rights issue, all four directors stumped up a total of $313,087 in entitlements and shortfall shares. (2,087,280 shares in total).
The directors are certainly doing all they can to ensure a successful change of scale in the size and development path of this company.
