Hoots, I agree, it is good to see directors buying substantial amounts, I see it as a positive sign. On the report the date of the change was 15/10, the day the price fell from $1.56 to $1.41 when a total of about 430k shares were traded. So he purchased about 32% of the shares traded that day.

I like to see multiple directors spend large sums on their own company, it is one of the reasons I jumped aboard IGO recently below $4. If other directors did likewise with CDU, I would assume a bottom to be close.
