I don't think its as simple as ticking a price sensitive box when they lodge an announcement Captain - otherwise every company would tick the box on every announcement!!!
My understanding is ASX is one the who determines whether its price sensitive or not.
And i'm not entirely sure it went straight through to the keeper in any case. Up 12.5% for the day is a pretty good result.
Lets hope things go well for the patient and the rest of the trial.
