Let's not get overly excited just yet...
these are small purchases, if something was on the horizon that they knew about they would be buying more. If their buying habit continues over the next couple weeks or so then we should start getting excited but for the moment, I view it as just payday rolled around for the month and everyone is just adding a small amount to their PAA investment.
