I have only one concern with your calculations, the $383k loss could be a lot more depending on the cost of the on going human and canine trials.
Other concerns I have are:
The confusing announcements that have been issued in relation to both the trials
The fact that the sp seems to struggle to reach the .01 which was the price per share for the last cr.
The sp has not really reacted to any of what appears on the surface announcements
