I not concerned with the CEO buying, convention has been ongoing for some time and he doesn't know the outcome like every one else , he bought is the main point , stock at 30% discount to cash , no other I/O stock is in the same position. Fair value compared to others with limited cash compared to market values should price EQX around the 40c level imo.
