    I'm not sure if anyone else noticed but this was an "off market transfer" as opposed to a sale on the market. Could mean shares were sold to anyone including:
    - Wife
    - Family
    - Sophisticated investor etc etc

    It's likely the person or entity who bought have a good understanding of this stock and possibly are related to the director in some way, shape or form?

    IMO this isn't a dump as some suspect....
