Hi all.
Here's the wash up from the 3Y just lodged.
Larry Glass (CSO of NEU) has paid $600,000 to acquire and hold 20,000,000 shares (by converting his 3c options with 25 March 15 expiry).
To fund it (with a lot left over mind you...), Larry has sold his 35,000,000 1.3c (26 Oct 16 expiry) options to Lang Walker for proceeds of just under $5m.
Summary:
Larry is now a NEU fully paid ordinary shareholder to the tune of 20,000,000 shs.
Lang Walker just paid the equivalent (once you add the exercise price) of 15 cents per share for 35,000,000 shares.
Good news coming anyone....????
