I fully agree that this company will ONLY ever be HUGE "...if AND ONLY IF, the science is PROVEN in terms of the drug's EFFICACY....".
THAT remains a BIG IF - JIMHO, of course.

I do have a few questions here for you/others:
a) How high will NEU's shareprice go based upon "orphan status" and "breaktrough designation" ? Estimation/guesses, naturally.
b) By WHEN (approx.) EFFICACY will be actually demonstrated?? (only then a really massive re-rating to occur - IMHO).
c) Will NEU be taken-over on "the promise of efficacy" only ?? (I doubt it!)
d) Will NEU be taken-over IF they can prove-up efficacy?? (I very much think so!)
e) Regarding PBT and ACL "failures": I do know nothing about ACL. On the other hand, I do believe that PBT still have a bright future - it will just take more time.
