There is no specific information just that the share is hugely under valued . Usually there's a window in which directors can buy shares. I'm certain he's excersing that right along with displaying a confidence in the company that some inexplicably aern't. Further the share fell say 6% in the past week .it would be one of the poorer inside trades.
