PS - it is basically part of her pay - she has just made about 3.5mill AUD but considering the value they have created for shareholders I doubt many will be complaining

You have to watch this stuff though cause there can be a fine line between genuine performance compensation and pigs to the trough

I am comforted somewhat by the fact she hold such a large stake so her interests should be reasonably aligned with shareholders
