I dont think the change of interest will have any effect on whether we get an announcement in the next 14 days or not. It was a forced sale due to his resignation from Greenard Willing who then divested these assets. It clearly states that as a condition precedent of a corporate action GW were required to divest certain assets including them said ESI and ESIOB. Does not mean we will not see an announcement. Below is an example of a few change of directors interest notices that had price sensitive news within 14 days and they actually bought on market not like Glen's change which was required after his resignation from GW. Anyway interesting looks like he is making more time for a soon to be much bigger workload at ECT as they finalise agreements and then work towards construction. Busy boy Glen will be soon.
