ah i see! thanks for clarifying. im unsure on how a directors payrise is initiated in this type of company but i guess if they all wanted more cash they could just vote it or something and make it happen! so in that sense i agree. as long as he isnt taking a payrise as well as performance rights. also good to see that they are all participating fully in the priority option issue.
