The Directors are buying shares. But can do that only in low news periods, due to insider trading risk.
The Chair sold and executed options, ending with more shares he hold before.
Does anyone critique you when you sell an asset or run your financial affairs? Why critique him? Anyone is in the business of making money, so is the Chair...... Don't like it, bye bye....
