Ha, must have done pretty poorly to have such large loss balances on other investments given the market has been so strong! He could always carry forward the loss anyway. so there is certainly someone here with a poor understating of the tax system...
Anyway, as I have been saying, its not a big deal - just some poor form. The company is still strong and I am using the opportunity from the Greek turmoil to keep adding to my YOW portfolio.
Looking forward to the next bit of news.
