One thing it doesn't look Hockings will need put much if any new capital in for the company to raise the $9M when you take into account the underwriters fee and the 2 block sales thus far - just a bit shy of $2.5M.
All comes down to the shortfall he gets but assuming he kept the entitlements attached to the shares in the block sales as they were after record date then that 250M is pretty much accounted for above if he didn't keep them and they went with the shares then it would only be $1.1M.
All shall be seen with shortfall and final allocations I guess.
