Jason - Digital4ge owns 48% of RFN. CHP owns 15% of Digital4ge. So if Digital4ge owns about half of RFN (48% is about that) then CHP effectively has 7.5% of RFN. That is referred to as a "look through" since it describes the indirect holding in RFN via Digital4ge.
I think that's been missed by a lot of people and CHP is still relatively unknown via the media
