    Priscillaaa it is my understanding that the Gladstone village is more like a ghost town with only 10-15% occupancy, I would presume any revenue generated by such low occupancy would be unlikely to cover operating cost. It would seem that when things start going pear shaped this company employs additional senior management. Two CEOs and now a GM villages and GM accommodation. Doesn't make sense.
