Have spoken with management to obtain confirmation on whether this 3Y constitutes a blackout period or not, and have received the following reply:

Hi

I have confirmed with the company secretary that there is no blackout period associated with this 3Y filing. A blackout period refers only to ResApp's own share trading policy (part of our corporate governance policies). ResApp's policy states blackout periods only before the release of annual and half yearly reports and the AGM.
