Why would you covert your shares now if there is an "apocalypse" coming. Why not put your 260k into a savings acc for 2 months and earn a risk free return and then convert?
The only negative thing i could possibly think from this is they are trying to increase investor confidence, appreciating share price in the short term and then slap us with a CR....
