chazwazla - where does it state that Poipu Bay bought its stock at 0.5 cents? Can't see any evidence for that. The new stock for sale after the directors appointment was for 1 cent each. If he disposed of half for his stock the same price he paid for it, then this is for strategy not profit. He could have sold it on-market on the 26/10 for anything from 1.6 -1.8 cents for profit, but he didn't. Dykes transferred it off-market via a broker to another party. Perhaps this is part of the finer detail of the deal to be hatched.
