What would be the process in acquiring a large parcel of options in an off-market transaction from a director of a company?
1. would the transaction be conducted through a broker without the directors knowledge of the purchasers identity or;
2. would the transaction be negotiated directly between the two parties or if conducted through a broker with full knowledge of the identity of the purchaser.
