    It's bit of a conundrum on one hand you could say why is Hocking's willing to sell the 55M options when / if they are about to significantly revalue with entry of a new party but then on the other hand it works well in his favour if big pharma or big biotech is about to make the conversion market would then likely follow that value and almost immediately raise his equity 500% with presumably firm footing there. He's still done well out of it regardless considering they where all issued to him as free attaching options and now has pulled in the $110K on sale. Hockings already put quite a lot of money into the company not sure if he would of had the $5M to convert those options regardless ? Can't see a partner taking an equity stake really interested in anything under 5% though ?

    EDIT - and I still have no idea where that 14M @ 0.002 is coming from with no single orders that size on the registry after taking Hockings out ?
