I don't trust anything this person says but they have been banging on for ages about PYC being taken over and links to Arrowhead (I cannot find any). 55m is too small a stake but if in the next few days a block of heads is also traded then I will believe something is going on - until then I am unsure - deep out of the money short dated options trade are VERY bullish trades but I would have thought you could just buy 55m shares on market at an average below 5c . . . .
