In order for China to commit to a consumer driven economy China needs everyone in cities where there is commerce and jobs and copious amounts of stupid things that westerners waste money on. You need to build cities do that. Cant have one without the other. Don't worry China is just locking away phase two whereby they starve our assets and snap them up on firesale securing mass resources for urbanisation programs for years to come.

So the short of it is don't worry prices will comebackup that's simple supply and demand economics 101. Worry instead if you will own your piece of the pie when that time comes.
