For now and for what it's worth I second mightyquin's comment. This stock isn't turning around any time soon. You've caught a falling sword, IMO.

Seems to me this stock has badly fallen foul of the "family business" rationale, which can be many years in the making and sadly can be many years to flush out and that's assuming you have some genuine independence on the Board which I suspect is lacking here, akin to the recent Harvey Norman shenanigans just smaller, less sophisticated, and without the persuasive long term track record.

In contracting times vested interests can concentrate their power, marginalizing anyone who challenged their irrational control of power. The vested interests promote the (generally) incompetents and sycophants who accede to those interests, often for no greater reason than that the assorted "yes men" would greatly struggle to find work elsewhere.

Sorry to say this given your entry price but IMO they'll hit 50 cents post the Feb 16 half years. Then it's anyone's guess as they deeply struggle for work in existing markets and enter entirely new markets, all the time baby faced and it seems with a vast array of (potentially) client side detractors in those markets.
