I'm not sure where the 15m shares have ended up. About 8m shares have traded since the shortfall announcement, so there is possibly still a overhang. Can't imagine Wilson would be too happy holding that much stock. MNY is obscenely cheap and growing like wildfire. Getting rid of the overhang ought to provide a catalyst for a serious re-rate.
