I have soured on these guys, i think the trend over time is away from middle men distributors as well as more and more software being purchase online. Add in improved technology such as me biying this laptop 5 years ago and not needing a new one to date so less need to constantly upgrade PCs.
Hardware servers are also dying off, I could see their revenue struggling to go higher from here.
