if the buyer holds I agree but I am afraid Williams sold to a CR-Shark and this guy is now off-loading. Yesterday achieving about 29c average, so they could sell down to 26c to get out with a minor profit. Have no evidence that I am correct with my assumption but it looks like I am. Maybe still 700k shares to sell.
