Fairly sizeable purchase (approx $2M)! Although given Fiona is already holding > 50M shares probably not sizeable for her. (Just having a look here out of interest because Auto mentioned DDR on another thread.) Explains the large volume prior to the breakout on the 2nd, although the statement says consideration was $1.50/share but price on the 2nd was $1.55.
