I'm Curious if the Share Purchase Agreement for tranche 2 has been completed @$0.08

Under the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement, the Company has agreed to acquire the Tranche 2 Viva Shares from the Vendors in consideration for the issue by the Company to the Vendors of an aggregate of 60 million Shares in the Company at $0.08 per share (Tranche 2 Consideration Shares).
Timing for completion
The Directors anticipate that completion of the acquisition of the Tranche 2 Viva Shares will occur shortly after 28 November 2015, being the date from which an acquisition of more than 25% of the issued capital of Viva is permitted under the PNG Mining Act.
