Hi Marwood to issue the 60mil there was also an agreement that firstly the company raised $5mil in a cap raising and also obtained the necessary approvals, remembering Viva is a PNG company this could be slow.
No word on a cap raising yet, they only raised about 1/4mil for working capital recently.
Seeing we just saw a director buy 400,000 shares it shows some confidence in the ability of everything going ahead, wish he had bought 4million though.
