When new funds invest in smaller companies it is in my experience a usual practice that directors and CEO's sell down to lessen the impact on the share price. With the addition to ASX200 and the 3 million shares traded on MONDAY and the US INVESTOR PRESENTATION being share price sensitive this will lead into more announcements shortly. I expect a new US investor to be announced shortly. This is my view and will be holding for the ride.
