I have an issue with two directors selling out at such a bad time, especially given that the SP has risen over $10.50 on numerous occasion but they sold at the last minute, which indicated desperate move to dump the shares.

Given now she has a couple of millions in her pocket. What will she do with all that cash?

Given the next trade window is open in August, she could set herself up to buy more shares below $10.50 if she knows that the EBIT margin will be "in line" with 1HFY16 and may be lower end of the guidance.

Why? Because new people takes about 3 months to gear up. There will be projects ramp up and potential costs blowout. We hear this on the news all the time. Anyone who is a project manager will know what I'm talking about... She now has a few millions sitting in her bank account doing nothing.

In terms of Superannuation - she's holding for long term at least.. but may be using this $4mill cash to trade in and out.. (like what some of us are doing).

In terms of the idea of selling down to lessen the impact of SP is a bit idiotic.. I mean.. ask yourself.. would you also sell down your holding to lessen the impact SP ?? Everyone loves a rising SP given when new buyers with deep pockets are supposedly to be coming in...
