Yes I agree we needed a CR. But Saltocan does have a point in that CN should not have lied about it. Just consider there might have been some small investors that are out of pocket as they may have bought shares based on her statement.
I believe a director should be truthful or at least evasive if to the benefit of the company but never deceitful.
I suspect she got caught out when questioned and wasn't quick enough to be evasive. Probably never make it as a politician.
Just my opinion.
