Salto, just when was this "lie" meant to have occurred, to me its rather a strong allegation. There were statements made about the strong cash position that FAR had at the time (in the June Qtrly) I think, perhaps implying that no cash raising was needed in the short term, but I don't remember any such definitive allegations coming up before now (at least on HotCopper).
