the raise will be to private/sophisticated investors, there isn't going to be a way to access the capital raise, so no point in waiting for it.
Once they have money, they have extremely low EV, with plans going forward. If you look at what RMX and EYM did, it pretty much mirrors it.

I realise a lot of posters have been burnt on way down, and I understand they're extremely unhappy, it was the same case with EYM and RMX. Old holders were very unhappy and sold out.

VIC is way smaller market cap than RMX or EYM, hence much cheaper.

I've searched through ASX by mkt cap smallest to highest, I can't see any other company capped so low with any clear direction.

after consol only 41.7mil shares on issue, over half the shares on issue traded last week alone and price went from opening 0.8c to closing 2c last week, which suggest a huge turnover of old holders giving up and new holders coming in.
