I went into one of their NZ stores 2 weeks ago while passing through the Mt Maunganui town at Owens place an Indian guy who was just new was a top class salesman to me , did a complete sales presentation for me , very professional , if they hired that guy to go around their stores to show how to close deals I would think sales would sky rocket he knew how to qualify the customer with what was needed, then got the customer to identify they really needed the product , think he previously worked for harvey Norman or one of the big name brands.
Anyway not all doom and gloom .
Store was smaller than other GFY stores but seemed cozy rather than sparse . Their new cleaning range of products looks like a good bolt on .
