There are so many views of Newman. Is there a way we can track his progress objectively? A mate of mine in the financial industry proposed the following.

Revenue forecast per brokers - say Bells for FY 17 and FY 18 pre 20M of capital raise and how this is expected to change afterwards.

Maybe same for gross margin % and EBITDA?

To make this compatible we need to measure these metrics per share. As a shareholder I we can only measure company performance per share. No wool over our eyes.

Revenue per share expected for FY 17 and FY 18 before the raise.
EBITDA expected per share for FY 17 and FY18 before raise - This also measures operating leverage.

We can then objectively judge Newman's performance over the next 2 years referring back to the base periods.

If someone has a copy of the Bells report before the cap raise and willing to share, please do so. I can pull this together for us.
The engineer in me can then compare his actual performance against expectation against these numbers per share and let the numbers do the talking over time.
