I'd prefer to see positive cashflow rather than negative cashflow. Two consecutive quarters of positive cashflow doesn't make a company, but is a start.
Agree that cashflow isn't profit, but does provide a different perspective on how the company is going. Cashflow and profit will tell me a little more about whether this microcap is heading in the right direction. I wouldn't extrapolate too much from six months of cashflow or profit in any case. So while the reported profit will be interesting, I wouldn't be too excited or depressed. Micro cap (and even small cap) cashflow and profits can be all over the place on a quarterly, half yearly and even year basis.
In any case, SEQ appears to be in a better position than it was even twelve months ago.
