brian leedman is an entrepreneur, meaning he's in it for the money and he will take profits whenever he can. if there is a 1% chance they cannot commercialise the technology, of course he will take the $2million dollars and free carry the rest, which is what? 40million, 50 million shares? it's called common sense and if it was me, i'd do the same thing.
