With the holding statements for the in specie stock now out some original Cascade seed investors may choose to take some of their original cash out by selling.
Most I have spoken to will definitely be holding for the story to play out though.
No way I'm selling (been in since Cascade started in 2007 from memory) and will pick up more on market if the price gets pressured any lower.
The merger of Torian and Cascade will enable the price to take on any takeover premium which is not possible at the moment. Also some insto's have shown interest but were unwilling to take a piece due to the ownership structure with Cascade controlling 51%.
Bring on 2017!
