It has been going nowhere for 6 years now, sliding, sliding despite all Rathies ( the chairman) glowing annual reports, he doesnt know what the truth is even if it came up and introduced itself to him. he has misled all shareholders, and that is the truth and he has now a gaggle of his "people' around him so he can keep his nose in the trough.
God spare the poor shareholders but that is just wishful thinking in fact believing in fairies at the bottom of your garden has more credibility that Rathie and his goons talking up old DataDog
