Indeed, non-exec is basically part time, he will also help steer the company with advice to JZ on big picture decisions which I believe he is doing and evidence strongly supports that e.g premium raise, china exposure etc However he will be even more beneficial in the coming months for high level negotiations re off takes or financial backing which we will certainly be needing. Some on here suggesting we should part ways with AM should realise that would be a counter productive move and probably hurt the share price substantially.
